Shipping policy

Every Sundazila piece is stitched with care, so please allow the processing times below before dispatch.

Processing time

Ready-made and standard orders: ready within 7 working days.

Custom orders (your colour, size or design): 15 to 17 working days.

You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp or email once your order is confirmed, and again when it is dispatched.

Delivery within Pakistan

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment options

Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash and Bank Deposit are available. For COD orders we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm before stitching begins.

Tracking

Once dispatched, we will share your courier tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

International orders

We currently ship within Pakistan. For international orders, please email sundazila43@gmail.com and we will share a delivery quote.

Delays

During Eid, sale seasons or courier disruptions, deliveries may take a few extra days. We will keep you updated.
